Got this and had to purchase the adapter to attach it to my elinchrom lights.  Attaches securly, but adds a lot of weight to the stand, so a sandbag/counter balance is recommended.  Excellent quality of light.  Without the honeycomb, there's a lot of spread.  Great for portraits.  Well worth the money.  This beauty dish is pretty big too.  For the cost of this, I wanted to get a case for it and I got a flashpoint case for $ bucks from Adorama and it fits perfectly, but it's a big case and taked up some room in my car when hauling all of the gear.  The attached photo was shot with the honeycomb attached with a super-white background, so you can see how much the honeycomb really reduces the spread.  Sooo glad I bought this dish!!!
