A bit light

It's OK, but I find it to be top heavy when the mic is attached and in the position I need. Have to put a weight on the base to keep it from tipping over.

Suits my space

There's just a single point axis for raising and lowering your mic. But, the arm can extend and twist, which allows a nice range for positioning the mic. I put it on carpet so if I stand too close the stand wobbles a little. But, it's still fairly stable thanks to the tripod base.

Finally!

Went to Guitar Center and bought a stand similar to this for $40. It was junk. No matter how much I tightened it down, it still wouldn't hold it's position. So I returned it and bought this K&M stand. WOW! Not only was it cheaper in price, but the quality is so much better. Easy to tighten and it holds it's position. Love it! Will buy nothing but K&M stands for now on.
