Bought these when they first came out. Didnt set the bar high since they were 100 bucks. But kinda regret I didnt. There really isnt anything special about them. They work. Lol

I bought these a couple of years ago and prefer them to my airpods, they have a noise cancellation feature which is awesome on the road.

I bought these to replace an earlier pair I lost at hockey game - these are virtually the same model as my prior pair but I feel like this fit better. The Meridian sound is worthwhile although I think I always have the bass boost on (because that's my jam).

I got these ear buds a couple years ago so I know they are a bit older. But my left ear bud has stared glitching while I am using them. And I have to adjust my head for them to come back on. Also the rubber inner ear peice has never fit properly. It was fine for me for the time being cause I know I have tiny ears but I do hurt after wearing them for over half and hour.

Got it last year, and is no longer working properly. It won?t connect to my phone unless I have it on the charger, and it also connects randomly to my phone when they are closed and secured in the case.

I bought it in July 2021 in starting product was good with good sound and good touch in ear but for now the left earbud when connected it says battery very low while I took it from charger and sometime one them (earbuds) can't coonect for no reason.

I like the fit. Dislike that they have broken twice in one year but happy LG repaired them. I wish they would double tap instead of touch to start and stop.

The big thing about buds for me is how they fit in your ears. These fit perfectly right out of the package. I didn't have to change the ear pads (but you can) Also - as an added bonus! They sound fantastic. They're not Active Noise Cancelling - which is always good - but they do filter out a lot of background noise. I was impressed by this. I definitely recommend these. They're a great product for a very good price point. ROCK ON!

I've been wanting to get a pair of wireless earbuds. So when Verizon had a promotion to buy them in white, I got them. It was simple and easy to connect them to my phone through Bluetooth, and to pick up and end calls. I like the R and L labeled on each earbud so I know which ear to place them. The magnets in the charging pod makes it easy to securely and correctly put the earbuds exactly where they are to be placed. The battery life lasts 2-3 days before getting weak. The changing color of the battery life shows when it is time to charge the ear buds. When the battery starts getting weak, it can so in and out a bit when I go for my walks. But it is great to wear them in the house. I just keep my phone on the charger so I can listen when I'm in the garage, the front patio, etc. It has a good range. (I don't have a second floor, so I can speak to the range there.) The annoying drawback is that I am unsuccessful pairing it to my Windows laptop and Windows desktop. Other than that, I'm happy with the purchase.

Birthday gift. Purchased in March 2021. May 24, 2021, the sound was funky. I removed part of the earpiece from my ear. Yes I said part. The part that goes into your ear was still in my ear. The earpiece had come apart. No trauma or mishandling at all. I put a support ticket in online 5/28/21, still awaiting contact resolution. I placed a call into the customer no service center on 6/4/2021, and was told since the unit is physically damaged I am out of luck. But there is a 1 year warranty. LG has lost my loyalty and trust. DO NOT BUY THIS

Bought this last week. Paired easily, touch controls are average. But... the sound quality is extremely choppy. Spent hours trying to resolve including looking for support which recommended I download the "app" which is essentially 3 static pages telling you how to connect to your phone. Worthless.

Im glad i got them for free from promotion. I would never spend my money on these earbuds just to give my ears a huge disappointment. Audio is soo low when listening to music and watching movies. I love LG Products come on guys. We got to do better.

I'm not actually happy with these. I initially thought they were great, but when I couldn't get them to sync up and play simultaneously (like any other pair of headphones) I reached out to support, assuming I was doing something wrong. LG Support answered me and said that only one could be used as a time. That makes no sense? Sometimes, I enjoy only having one earbud in if I need to be aware of other things around me, but other times I want to drown out everything else, so why on earth would a PAIR of earbuds not work together?

I got this headphones today and after few hours of fighting with all possible settings, I filled online warranty form in the store where I bought them. The sound quality is suprisingly poor. Especially when there is a lot of voices/instruments present in a track. Terrible distortions and noise. I hope this is just a problem of my copy. If not, I will be really confused as my old, cheap, noname equipment works a lot better :/ I also hope there will not be any problems with exchange. For now, only one star.

I got these for Christmas and I like them... the only complaint is that I can’t get my headphones to connect to the app... they connected easily the first day but after that they won’t connect to it at all... they are good quality... and very light weight...

Received these ear buds free with a YV purchase promotion. They connected and worked fine up to about a couple months ago after I did an up date and one side of the buds stopped working. Tried resetting and did not work. Sent them back and within a week LG sent me a replacement pair.

Overall pretty great, although forget using it on discord, messenger calls etc., 'cause calls are its Achilles heels. I recommend using the "TONE Free" app from play store to adjust settings to your preferences.
