The Kirk BL-60D L-Bracket for Canon 60D allows you to switch from portrait to landscape orientation and vice versa with your Canon 60D - efficiently, without the need to tilt your ball head and re-level the shot. On both of its sides, the lightweight aluminum BL-60D L-Bracket is compatible with Arca-Swiss-Style quick-release clamps. It mounts to your 60D via a standard 1/4"-20 screw.
The single piece of machined 6061TG aluminum has been designed to preserve your access to all important camera controls, such as the rubber side hatches, the battery compartment, the remote switch (even in the vertical format) and the camera strap loop. Notched into both the horizontal and the vertical segments are sensor-centering lines - specific to the 60D, of course.
