Great little device. This is my second one as I thought my first one started to fail. But my first one is still fine in the end. Now I have 2 of those and it's ok because I don't trust myself and could well lose it at some point, or at least not know where it is when I need it. I use the WR-T10 a lot along with the WR-R10. It never misses a beat and I'm glad I switched to this radio system. I used the ML-3 before. I highly recommend it for people whose camera supports it. I have been using it with a D7500 for almost 3 years. So the second one is redundant, but I'm not sorry I have it!

A great product. Use this for where you need to shoot immediately and you have a tripod and camera shake on that tripod. Also use for astrophotography. This product is also good when trying to photograph a large group with the photographer is also in the picture. With the large delay so the photographer can get into the picture before the camera shoots, the group (children) get restless and it's hard to get a good picture. With the remote the photographer gets into the picture and when the group gets settled, can shoot one or more pictures immediately.

I needed remote control capabilities for my new Nikon D800 camera. This requires the WR-T10 controller, WR-R10 transceiver, plus the WR-A10 adapter – a quite expensive solution. In addition the set-up is very fragile, practically works in a studio. It is not a good solution if you hike and try to take landscape pictures or to shoot a waterfall, as the adapter may easily break and possibly damage the camera connector too. Overall I'm disappointed and would not recommend this product. My old film Nikon had the transceiver incorporated into the camera. They should do the same for a high end $3000 camera like D800.

Easy to use & Versatile
By NANCY S.
Love the ease of use and versatility, surprised the volume of usage I'm getting out of it.
A breakthrough in wireless remote camera control, the WR-T10 Wireless Remote Controller Transmitter revolutionizes the way photographers interact with their Nikon cameras. By harnessing the power of radio transmission, this innovative device offers an extended range of up to 66 feet, and up to 164 feet when paired with the WR-R10 used as a transmitter, ensuring reliable connectivity even without a direct line of sight.
Crafted for convenience and precision, the WR-T10 allows for seamless control over a variety of camera functions, including autofocus, video recording, continuous shooting, and a quiet shutter-release option for discreet photography. Its compact and durable design makes it an ideal accessory for photographers who require the flexibility to trigger single or multiple cameras equipped with the WR-R10 receiver. This feature is particularly useful for capturing the same scene from multiple angles or with different lenses, in both still and video formats.
The WR-T10 and WR-R10 units must be synchronized to the same channel and paired beforehand to facilitate simultaneous camera activation. This user-friendly pairing process is designed to be straightforward, ensuring a hassle-free setup for photographers of all skill levels.
Compatibility is a cornerstone of the WR-T10, with support for an extensive range of Nikon cameras, including professional-grade DSLRs and select COOLPIX models. This ensures that Nikon enthusiasts can integrate the remote controller seamlessly into their existing gear.
Please note that while the WR-T10 offers expansive functionality, users should be aware of the limitations regarding accessory attachments with certain camera models. Care should be taken to avoid damage by not forcing incompatible accessories onto the WR-R10 Wireless Remote Controller.
In addition to controlling the WR-R10, the WR-T10 Remote Controller is also capable of commanding the WR-1, expanding its versatility. However, users should be aware of specific operational nuances with older models such as the F100, D2 series, and D200.
The WR-T10 Wireless Remote Controller Transmitter is a testament to Nikon's commitment to innovative, high-quality photography accessories. It empowers photographers to explore new creative possibilities, whether in a studio setting or out in the field, capturing landscapes, astrophotography, or group photos with the photographer in the frame. With the WR-T10, the power to capture the perfect shot is literally at your fingertips.
