Original always works
Plug and play. Yes there are what seems to be cheaper options out there but my experience is it may or may not work and ALWAYS they never produce the page count stated. I believe you get what you pay for. The only complaint is I bought it counting on the delivery date stated but it was shipped out late.

Relatively straight-forward
Relatively straight-forward ordering process. I still wish that, when I log in, I see a list of my printers, etc., that when clicked, take me directly to related toner cartridges, etc.

The product is great. My only disappointment is that Dell no longer encloses a return label to mail back the empty cartridge for recycling.

Dell is Reliable

Easy and Necessary
Easily ordered online and delivered within a couple days. I recommend ordering as soon as your printer tells you your current toner is reaching the end of its life. Prior to this, I waited until the Yellow toner was completely out and couldn't print anything at all until the new one was installed.

Replacement toner cartridge.
The only issue I have is when I install the cartridge, I get a message from the printer indicating a problem. Never happened before?

Good result
Ordering was straight forward and estimated date of delivery was right on time. It would have been excellent if I had gotten a warning before the toner ran out or the color printer would still function without black toner.

Quality of the ink toner
The Cartridge has much higher quality toner than a replacement I tried, once the replacement got to 50% of its usage, the toner kept getting lighter.

Best toner for my favorite printer, prints clearly and lasts! Dell should sell an updated printer that performs all the functions Dell C1765nfw can do: copies, faxes, scans, saves to my PC, prints beautifully on many paper types and sizes. All this without overcrowding my computer desk.

Make sure you confirm the printer you gave as there are many K cartridges but not all will fit your printer.
