2025’s NAB show has come to an end, and with it comes a whole slew of announcements with the latest and greatest technology for the media, broadcast, and entertainment industries. We spent the week walking the show, learning about all the best new technology so you don’t have to. In this article, we’ll be covering the best announcements from NAB 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Day 1
Blackmagic NAB 2025 Announcements
ATEM Mini Extreme
- A bigger and better version of the ATEM Mini while still being smaller and more affordable than the ATEM Television Studio. This device has a similar layout and many of the same powerful features as the larger ATEM Television Studio and perfectly bridges the gap between the ATEM Mini and Television Studio.
Davinci Resolve Update
- Davinci’s biggest update with more AI features than ever before to speed up redundancy in the creative process. 10 new major updates to AI features will make Davinci easier to use than ever before.
PYXIS 12K
- 12K video camera with 16 stops of dynamic range that expands on the popular PYXIS lineup of cameras. Last year, Blackmagic announced the PYXIS 6K, and this year, they come back with the PYXIS 12K for the most demanding of creators.
NiSi NAB 2025 Announcements
Aureus Prime Cinema Lenses
- Five T1.4 prime lenses (18mm, 24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm) with superior edge-to-edge sharpness. Bigger than the NiSi ATHENA lenses that were announced at NAB 2023, but with a wider t-value. Identical in size and weight across the focal range for quick and easy balancing.
Fujifilm NAB 2025 Announcements
Eterna Cinema Camera Updates
- The new Fujifilm GFX Eterna will be released soon and has built-in ND filters (2-7 stops), internal batteries, access to native Fuji lenses, and more.
Zhiyun NAB 2025 Announcements
X Cam Mackey MOLUS X100 RGB
- 100W RGB light is compatible with numerous magnetic accessories, has a large heat sync, and has a unique look and feel.
Day 2
DZOFILM NAB 2025 Announcements
X-Tract
- 18-28mm T8 probe lens with a rotating rollrig design. A breathing function allows for creative effects and a minimum focusing distance of 6mm.
DZOFILM Vespid Prime Cinema 7-Lens Kit V2
- The second generation of Vespid lenses with a larger T1.9 aperture are lighter and shorter than their predecessors. The lens metadata will now also be communicated to the camera, making it easier to use profile corrections in post.
Thypoch Positive Lock Adapter
- Adapter for Simera-C lenses to RF, M, Z, L, and E-Mount.
GODOX NAB 2025 Announcements
MG6K with Beamlight Max 60
- One-person operable light with the equivalent brightness of a 6K HMI light plus this light is bicolor. An ultra-narrow 5-degree beam angle offers superior parallel light sources and a silver interior offers impressive performance in an incredibly powerful light.
Knowled GL7 Lantern
- The 7-foot diameter light modifier is perfect for offering soft light with a 360-degree expulsion. The GL7 uses the same G-mount as other GODOX lights so it’ll fit with any of the G-mount lights.
AM1600R 4×8
- 4’x8’ inflatable mat that is a light in itself. Another 8’x8’ version is also in the works.

Sandisk CF Express Type A
- The first CF Express Type A card from Sandisk with 960GB capacity. This card also comes in 480GB size.
CF Express Type B Recorder by Sandisk
- A reader that can directly record 4K 60p onto your phone. You can directly write 4k 60p PreRes videos you take on your phone to a memory card, saving you space.
SanDisk microSD Express UHS-I microSDXC Memory Card
- 880 mb/s Micro SD card compatible with Nintendo Switch 2. This is all about the speed and should be a popular choice for storage for the Nintendo Switch 2.
Sandisk USB 4 Portable SSD
- The latest version of the popular Portable SSD. 3800mb/s speeds are made possible by USB 4 and an aluminum design is made specifically for heat dissipation. The new version is slightly larger to compensate for heat dissipation. This SSD is available in 4TB or 2TB sizes.
Tilta NAB 2025 Announcements
Tilta Portable Charging Station and Batteries
- A charging station capable of charging four batteries simultaneously. Tilta-brand batteries are as close to first-party batteries as possible, and these new batteries will not display warning messages like many other off-brand batteries.
Creamsource NAB 2025 Announcements
Slyyd Light Control App from Creamsource
- This new app can control numerous lights at the same time, even lights of different brands. Color matching between each fixture is excellent and presets can be saved to switch between setups instantly.

Aputure NAB 2025 Announcements
The Aputure Storm XT52
- 5200W single-person operable point-source light is the brightest on the market with the BLAIR engine that offers unmatched light quality. This light is bright enough to replace sunlight in many scenarios, and the power supply box is about the size of a briefcase.
Aputure Storm 80C
- 80W light with BLAIR CG technology that offers industry-leading colors in a compact key light. The Storm 80C comes in a three-light kit with essential accessories for creators who need numerous light sources.
NAB 2025 Announcements From Sennheiser
Sennheiser Profile Wireless
- 2-Channel, 2.4GHz Portable Wireless System. This is one of the smallest audio transmitters on the market to date and includes 16GB of internal recording. An update coming in May will give users access to 32-bit float. The case doubles as a charger or can also be used as a handheld interview-style microphone.
SmallRig NAB 2025 Announcements
X-Touch Smart Triple-Proof X99
- Full touchscreen portable battery that uses upgraded LG cells with a rugged designed external housing that can withstand drops up to 5.5 feet. Two USB C, one USB A, 12V out, and an 8V out port can be toggled on or off via the touchscreen.
Atomos NAB 2025 Announcements
A-Eye PTZ Camera
- These tracking cameras are perfect for adding some flair to your production and help make it easier to add movement to your recordings. Up to four cameras can be connected to the remote control hub, and each camera can be remotely controlled or set into an automatic mode where the camera will follow you as you move throughout the scene.
