With Women’s History Month kicking off today, there’s no better time to highlight the gaming industry’s most celebrated and renowned female gamers. These women, like many across the female gaming community, have paved the way to welcome future gamers from all walks of life. As bold and talented gamers, these four gamers are opening doors for women around the world.
Today, we’re highlighting four of the gaming industry’s most renowned female gamers, Christy Sminty (@Smintee on Twitch), Emily Krol (@Emkrol on Twitch), Sarah of Robot Giggles (@Robotgiggles on Twitch), and Ashley of KittyKosmos (@KittyKosmos on Twitch). Emily Krol
As the Gaming Strategic Marketing Manager for Lenovo North America, Emily Krol knows a thing or two about gaming. Krol, who’s on Twitch as @Emkrol, creates and oversees marketing strategies for Lenovo’s elite gaming PC brand, Lenovo Legion.
Krol is an avid gamer herself, and is particularly passionate about using her position to “bring a female perspective to the typically male-dominated arena of esports.” Her goal is to make the gaming world more inclusive and accessible to everyone. Here is her go-to gaming-gear lineup:

Kitty Kosmos
Ashley, also known as @KittyKosmos on Twitch, grew up in the world of gaming. She landed in this world after pursuing numerous careers across acting, modeling, and photography in NYC. When she moved to Atlanta, it was time to chase her one true passion: gaming.
She’s partnered with Twitch for nearly two years, and has streamed there for a total of three years this June. She has also been a partner with PUBG for the last year as well—not to mention her partnership with Adorama! Here are KittyKosmos’ gaming must-haves:

Christy Sminty
Christy Sminty, known as @Smintee on Twitch, has been gaming her entire life.
