Awesome picture quality in a small package:

The D-Lux 7 retains the traditional Leica style of a compact design and dapper feel. Packed in the tiny, chic frame is a four-thirds sensor that outputs pristine 17-megapixel photos. The Leica D-Lux 7 also has the option of several accessories such as wrist straps, cases, and handgrips to amplify your shooting game.

For any situation:

Thanks to a combination of ranging exposure and shooting settings, the Leica D-Lux 7 can capture just about any situation. The zoom lens has focal length of 10.9 – 34mm (24-75mm in 35mm format) to quickly adjust in a street photography setting. The max aperture opens up to 1.7 – 2.8 to give a clean bokeh effect on any portrait images. The ISO reaches up to 25600 to compensate for any scenario lacking light. And 4K, 30 FPS movie recording lets users try their hand at videography.

Hardware upgrades:

The Leica D-Lux 7 introduces a few improved hardware features to make for a more polished shooting experience. Focus Stacking, for one, allows shooters to change the focal point after shooting a photograph or stitch together the focal points of different exposures into a single photo with a larger depth of field. This is the type of feature that really comes in handy when you’ve taken the perfect photo, but the focus is just a little bit off.

The D-Lux 7 is the first digital camera in the D-Line to feature Leica FOTOS App compatibility. By connecting to the FOTOS app via Bluetooth, users can quickly upload their photos onto their smartphones and make image edits before sharing the photo online. Lastly, the users can take advantage of the built-in LCD touchscreen. The 3-inch, 1.24-megapixel screen allows users to pick the focal point with their finger tip simply by touching the screen.

The Leica D-Lux 7 is available for  on Adorama.com.
