What’s the slowest usable shutter speed you can use when shooting handheld? Well, it depends. When using modern image stabilization, you can shoot with much slower shutter speeds, even as slow as two seconds with some cameras.

In this episode, Mark Wallace explores slow shutter speeds, image stabilization, and how all of that changes when you put a speedlight on your camera. Mark will explain Slow Synchro and how to adjust it. Mark finishes the episode with a shootout between his Leica M10 with no image stabilization and his Canon R5 with IBIS and a Speedlight.
