Combining multiple LED light sources in a compact body, the new MixPanel Series from NanLite is a user-friendly LED light panel collection. Announced today at the 2019 International Broadcasting Convention (IBC), the series consists of the MixPanel 60 and MixPanel 150, both of which allow the user to alternate between hard light, soft light, and colored light at their convenience, all with the touch of a button.
The MixPanels can be adjusted depending on the user’s needs — whether you’re in need of hard lighting, diffused lighting, or colored effects, all of it is doable with the two units.

The units both include an ultra-bright light output, dimming from 0 to 100%, a CRI of 98, a TLCI of 95, adjustments for green and magenta, 43 total gel presets in 3200K and 5600K, as well as nine special effects.
The output allows for the MixPanel 60 to to emit 4,980 Lux at one meter 5600K. Meanwhile, the MixPanel 150 produces 11,320 Lux at one meter 5600K. Power both into boost mode and you get 6,600 Lux at one meter and 14,950 Lux at one meter on the 60 and 150, respectively.
Both panels feature accurate color — they have a CRI of 98, and a TLCI of 95 — and have CCT green/magenta adjustments, so your color reproduction can always be on point.
Additional 43 gel presets and special effects (including hue loop, CCT loop, pulse, storm, flash, TV, paparazzi, sire, and candle) bring even more features for production units. When it comes to power, the units can run off the AC adapter or V-Mount batteries, making them usable both in the studio and on location. Additionally, both lights have an optional softbox.
